Cream Cheese Frosting

Ingredients


  • 1/2 cup softened butter
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 4 cups powdered sugar
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract

How to make it


  1. Beat softened butter and cream cheese until well blended.
  2. Add powdered sugar and vanilla. Beat until creamy.
  3. A half recipe is enough for a light frosting of one carrot cake.
