Our favorite family recipe given to us by an old family friend named Eric.
Ingredients
- 10 Tbsp butter
- 6 Tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 3/4 cups flour
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 350F degrees
- Melt butter in a large mixing bowl and mix in cocoa powder, sugar, eggs, vanilla and salt.
- Add eggs one at a time mixing well after each egg.
- Add the flour gradually and mix to combine.
- Pour batter into greased 8 x 8″ pan and bake for 24 minutes.
- 20 min. if you like them a little on the underdone side.
- Cool, Cut and Eat! Best when still a little warm.
Notes
If you’re baking them in a mini-muffin tin for brownie bites, cook for 13 minutes at 350F. Or, bake them for 9 minutes if you like them a little fudgy (underdone)
