Q : “What’s your best dip recipe?”
A : “The crab dip from Andy’s sister in law.”
Ingredients
- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 1 c. good crab meat
- 1 1/4 c. mayo
- 2 Tbsp finely chopped dill pickle
- 2 Tbsp minced onion
Directions
- Mix it all together in a bowl and let it sit in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours, ideally overnight. Depending on the crab meat it may need a 1/4 cup more or less mayo to achieve your desired dip consistency.
