Ingredients
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup walnuts, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 2 eggs
- 8 oz softened cream cheese
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1 pint sour cream
- 5 Tbsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
Directions
- Mix graham cracker, walnuts, and butter until combined. Press evenly into a 9″ pie pan. Bake at 375F for 5 minutes and remove from oven.
- Reduce oven temperature to 325F.
- Beat eggs until thickened. Add cream cheese, sugar and 1/2 tsp vanilla, and mix until blended. Pour into crust. Return to oven and bake 20 minutes more and remove from oven.
- Mix together sour cream, sugar, and 1/2 tsp vanilla. Spread on top of bottom layer. Return to oven for another 5 minutes and remove.
- Cool and chill before serving.
