• 1 c. butter softened • 1 c. brown sugar • ½ c. sugar • 2 eggs • 2 tsp vanilla • 1½ flour • ½ tsp salt • 1 tsp baking soda • 1 tsp cinnamon • ½ tsp nutmeg • 1½ c. raisins • ½ c. chopped walnuts • 3 c. rolled oats | • ½ c. butter softened • ½ c. brown sugar • ¼ c. sugar • 1 egg • 1 tsp vanilla • ¾ flour • ¼ tsp salt • ½ tsp baking soda • ½ tsp cinnamon • ¼ tsp nutmeg • ¾ c. raisins • ¼ c. chopped walnuts • 1½ c. rolled oats |
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350F
- Beat butter, egg/s sugars and vanilla together until well homogenized.
- Mix in flour, salt, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, raisins, walnuts and oats.
- Large portion scoop onto cookie sheets. With a wet hand, pat the cookies down slightly
- Bake 12ish minutes.
Other stuff
- Cut some of the cinnamon and add some cardamom for more interesting flavor
